Terms of Service
The rules for using Dala Nest, as a traveler, as a host, or both.

The Dala Nest platform, operated by Dala Property Management Inc., is a marketplace. We connect travelers looking for a place to stay with hosts who have one. We are not the owner of any property listed here, and we do not rent property ourselves. The agreement to stay is between the traveler and the host.
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to hold an account.
- The details you give us must be true, and you must keep them up to date.
- One account is for one person. Do not share your password.
- Traveling and hosting use separate accounts. If you want to do both, create one of each.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Rules for travelers
- Book only for the number of guests you entered. If more people come, the host may refuse them.
- Treat the place as you would your own home, and follow the house rules the host has set.
- Pay the full amount shown before your arrival. A booking is only held once it is paid.
- Tell the host if anything is broken or missing, as soon as you notice it.
- You are responsible for damage you or your guests cause beyond ordinary wear.
Rules for hosts
- You must have the right to rent out the place you list.
- Your listing must be accurate: real photographs of the actual property, an honest description, and a correct address.
- Keep your calendar current. Dates you cannot host must be closed.
- Honour every confirmed booking. Cancelling on a guest who has already paid and travelled is the most serious thing a host can do here.
- The place must be clean, safe and ready at the time the guest arrives.
- You are responsible for any tax you owe on what you earn.
Every listing is reviewed by our team before it appears publicly. We may refuse or remove a listing that does not meet these rules.
Money
Prices are set by the host, in the host's own currency. You may see prices converted into your own currency across the site; that conversion is for reading only. The amount actually charged is in the host's currency, and your bank or card issuer sets the rate that applies to you.
We charge travelers a service fee, and we keep a commission from what the host earns. Both are shown before you commit. See the Payment Terms page for the details.
What we do not do
- We do not own, manage or inspect the properties listed here.
- We do not guarantee that a listing is exactly as described, though we review each one before it goes live and remove those we find are not.
- We are not a party to the stay itself. Disputes between a traveler and a host are between them, though we will help. See the Trust and Safety page.
Ending an account
You may close your account at any time by writing to support@dalanest.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Community Guidelines. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to answer first.
Changes and law
We may change these terms. If a change matters to you, we will say so on the site before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of the United States, and disputes go to the courts of the United States.
